I dine out approx 4 times a week; this was the worst experience that I had in Boston. I went to Biba with my boyfriend for my birthday. We had reservations for 8 and were seated at 9. We waited 45 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us and take our drinks. She only came after we spoke to the hostess twice. She gave us drinks but never put our dinner order in. She came back and gave us our check. We explained that we didn’t eat and she laughed. When we managed to get our food we got the wrong order. Finally when we did get our food, mine was overcooked and my boyfriend’s meat was raw. We ordered tea instead of dessert and got hot water without a teabag. We left to get our coats and the coat-check woman was asleep. I sent a certified letter to Lydia Shire and they signed for it but never acknowledged the letter. They don’t deserve my business.
